Armed Robbery Results with Two In-Custody
At approximately 10:55 pm yesterday, sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the area of Oak Creek Estates Mobile Home Park in Bourbonnais in regards to an armed robbery of a pizza delivery driver that had just occurred.
The two offenders, identified as 20-year-old Brandon Davis, of South Holland, IL and 21-year-old Jermaine M. Carter, of Kankakee, IL, were located by the Bradley Police Department on a traffic stop in the area moments later. They remain incarcerated at the Jerome Combs Detention Center where they await arraignment.
“I applaud the efforts of all of the officers involved in this dangerous incident and thank the Bradley Police Department for their assistance,” said Sheriff Mike Downey. “I am thankful that we were able to quickly and peacefully resolve the situation and remove these two dangerous individuals from our streets.”
