Road Closures

 I-57 (between 308 and 312 Exits)
Oct 20 AND Oct 21

 

On Monday, October 20, 2014, ALL Southbound traffic will be diverted onto the detour route at Exit 312 at approximately 7:00p.m., while repairs to the Southbound I-57 lane across the bridge are made.Traffic will re-enter I-57 at the Exit 308 interchange. It is anticipated that the closed lane will be re-opened and the detour suspended by 6:00a.m. on Tuesday morning.

On Tuesday, October 21, 2014, ALL Northbound I-57 will be diverted onto the detour route at Exit 308 at approximately 7:00 p.m., while repairs to the Northbound I-57 lane across the bridge are made.Traffic will re-enter I-57 at the Exit 312 interchange. It is anticipated that the closed lane will be re-opened and the detour suspended by 6:00a.m. on Wednesday morning.

Skyline Rd (between 1000N / Rt 17)
(7/22/14 approx 3 months)

Begining July 22nd, 2014, Skyline Rd (4000 East Rd) will be closed to all thru traffic between IL Rt 17 and Grinnell Rd (1000 North Rd) for road construction. Construction is anticipated to last approximately 3 months.

 

 Division St (Between Church and Walnut, Manteno)
(Until Approx Mid-September)

Division Street in Manteno (between Church St and Walnut St) will remain closed for road repair until approximately mid-September. A detour route has been established and is well marked with signs. The detour is Section Line Road to Walnut Street to Third Street to Locust Street (Rt 50).

 

Larry Power Road
(9/15/2014 Approx 7-10 Days)

Larry Power Road (4000 N Rd) will be closed to through traffic due to the repair of the Canadian National Railroad crossing beginning on Monday morning (09/15/2014).  The repairs are expected to take approximately 7-10 days.  Find an alternate route.
