The Kankakee County Sheriff’s Office Senior TRIAD program received the outstanding senior service program award at The Daily Journal senior fair yesterday. The program was recognized for its continued efforts in educating seniors about financial exploitation and identity theft as well as educating them on how to avoid becoming victims of crimes.
